Creative Centre in Southport Merseyside
Hi to anyone out there who might be based in Southport.
A group of Creatives here in Southport are putting plans together to start a Creative centre that would bring the local artistic community together, offer creative workshops to the public and support vulnerable groups back into mainstream opportunities through creative opportunities and interventions.

How is this getting on in Southport?
A group of us in Liverpool & Manchester are trying to start hackerspaces where techies & artists can collaborate and create fun things with technology. http://nwhackspace.wordpress.com/about/

We've also been offered a great space at a mill in Heaton Chapel, but don't yet have many people in that area.
