Feedback wanted on proposed desk rental project.
Hello everybody. We are Eastlands Enterprises in Manchester. I'm looking for feedback from other members regarding our proposed desk rental scheme. We are looking to rent out desk space at £38 (including VAT) per week from our building which is located in Ardwick about one mile from Piccadilly station in Manchester. Do you think this would be viable as a business idea. I know there are other schemes available in the area. Your comments would be highly appreciated.

I think it is a very good idea. I have seen it work well before with one man band computer based companies. Do other resources go with it? e.g. phone line, kitchen access etc. How are these billed?

Hi Lydia, Thanks for the response. Included in the price is broadband, kitchen and toilet facilities. We will also offer some secure parking spaces for £10 per week and lockers at £5 per week.
