Our research has come to an end and due to the busy schedule of my colleages we still haven't written an external report. However the main finding of our project is that although creative businesses produce creative outputs, their business models are basically the same as the rest of the economy. We were not able to conclude that creative businesses are using unique/special business models - in fact they are borrowing ideas from all over the place from football clubs to science firms. There are however interesting 'roots to market' models which make things interesting!
