Cardiff - Soundtrack 2008
David Beard's film score was selected as the winner of the 2008 ''Soundtrack - International Film Festival' film scoring prize held at Cardiff, Wales. David was presented with his £1000.00 prize at the reception for The Mind's Eye at the Wales Millennium Centre, where Gabriel Yared and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales performed in tribute to Anthony Minghella.
